Men's Health Kick

In Australia, five men die every hour from a disease that could have been prevented through early detection. Although men are getting much better at accessing health services today there is still a generation that thinks, you wait until an arm or a leg drops off before you go and get medical care.

The PA Research Foundation’s MANDATE campaign is a movement to encourage men to take ownership of their health by making an annual date with their GP, it also supports Australian men’s health research.  This includes finding better diagnosis, treatment and prevention to serious health concerns facing Australian males such as prostate cancer, heart disease and head and neck cancer.

Whites Diesels is proud to support men’s health by partnering with the not-for-profit  MANDATE at the upcoming Brisbane Truck Show.

Get a little health kick at the Whites Diesels stand on Thursday 25 – Friday 26 May, between 11am-1pm. A registered GP will be available providing advice and blood pressure checks by gold coin donation, all proceeds going to MANDATE.
